Vol. 6 No. 1 (2022): BJAS

This issue of the BJAS presents 22 papers, some of which are full length research papers while others are short technical communications. The issues covered are wide ranging, essentially targeted at enhancing national food and nutrition security. It focuses on improving resilience of livestock production systems towards improving access to healthy animal source foods, through improvements in animal nutrition, breeding and genetics, animal health and climate smart interventions. Researchers are also encouraged to share findings based on data from past interventions so as to capture the impact and learning from past activities for continual improvement of plans and programs rolled out for implementation in the field.
